Tasting note :

Deliciously elegant flavours of soft red fruits with a spicy hint and an elegant mouth watering aftertaste. Located in the German-speaking village of Magreid in the mountains of Alto Adige, Lageder runs his domaine on a completely sustainable basis.  The vines (which have been farmed biodynamically since 2004) enjoy a long, sunny growing season with warm days and cool nights that help to preserve both the grapes’ natural aromas and acidity. The wine has deliciously elegant flavours of soft red fruits with a spicy hint and an elegant mouth watering aftertaste.

This would be a wonderful cheese-plate wine, or pour a glass alongside smoked duck breast or a rotisserie chicken.
