The key difference between Gentleman Jack and Jack Daniels Old No.7 is that Gentleman Jack is twice charcoal mellowed, once before maturation, and once after. It is matured for the same period as Old No.7 although it receives what the whiskey tasters at the Jack Daniels Hollow call a double blessing from the charcoal mellowing process. Smooth and sweet with spicy overtones. Lingering and sweet with cinnamon notes.
