A traditionally-made sparkling wine from Chile’s oldest producer; Nicolás Valdivieso planted his vineyards back in 1879. Valdivieso Brut Rosé is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from the foothills of the Los Andes mountain range in Curicó, where the cool climate provides the grapes with the acidity needed to make great sparkling wine.
