Rock Angel is a very serious Rose in its own right and similar to good white Burgundy in complexity and style. It ticks all the boxes – it is crisp and refreshing with extraordinary depth of character and very impressive length. Alongside the summer fruits and mineral acidity, there is a wonderful smokiness, with hints of toasted almonds and a mouthwatering creaminess. This is glorious now and will age gracefully over the next few years.
Great with tomato based dishes.
