“This wine comes from a selection of plots cultivated in organic farming in Côtes de Provence. Thanks to the night harvest, this cuvée benefits from a low temperature skin maceration of a few hours in order to reveal all the aromas and finesse of this refined wine.
Nice nose of a beautiful complexity with notes of vine leaves, citrus fruits and a crystalline note. A ripe, full-bodied and balanced touch of great delicacy. Pure and tasty with a fine bitterness on the finish.
